I think you knocked it out of the park again! I always leave your events with my head spinning with ideas on how to incorporate this into my real estate and insurance business. The value you continue to provide to agents makes it harder and harder to stay loyal to a lender I’ve used for 16 years.

Like I told Mark, most of my transactions have been with cash investors—that’s been my niche. But on the listing side, what you’re offering can truly help move inventory, and any listing agent would be foolish not to implement you into their marketing.

It's always a pleasure to attend your presentations because they are incredibly productive. Beyond promoting your services, you add value by helping agents become more professional, which is why I decided to bring my team to see how making a difference makes this market easier. I propose something: I would like to work with you regularly and have my team partner with yours. Feedback: always great to hear you speak. I take notes. Too many free loaders. You should limit good lunches to 1st comers and people you already work with. Do lower entry level lunches for those you attended and didn't work with you yet. Invest in the good agents.

For example I know I can get some campaign paid by a lender from lofty. This has tremendous value to a wannabe to already performing agent I didn't have dessert, so I'm a bit salty lol

Hi, Matt I love the fact that if an agent does a 5-day inspection, you can complete the appraisal and loan commitment which is a game changer. I love the 10-day closing as well. I don't have a lot of clients but I am looking to get more active. You're definitely going to be on my list of preferred lenders. I would love to attend webinars or your YouTube videos where you go in detail with all loan products to be knowledgeable when marketing agent services to stand out amongst another agent that doesn't know as much. All things FHA not just for qualifications but what she we know when going under contract and for inspections and appraisal conditions, how long the appraisal is attached down payment assistance programs, and same as above for conventional VA I would love to learn the process from consultation to closing bc I know they are similar to FHA, some fees can't be paid by the buyer, some things the seller can't do, how to stand out with this type of loan, the fee that the buyer pays etc Let's just say I'm excited to know you have those options presented.

I love that it was short and concise and key takeaways seller credits same and can still ad broker compensation. And as always your winning offer methods. Need wording for putting contingency for seller credits to buyer in contract. Getting conflicting messages from various webinars on whether it can read to be used for paying buyers broker or only closing costs and prepaids specifically in Florida. Also conflicting messages on buyer broker agreements can we only say x% fee or can we say x% for resales and y% for new construction Thank you for being so helpful!!!

You offer a fantastic point of view. There's so much negativity over this, when in fact it gives buyers agents control over our income. Your 10 day close is a strong negotiation tool.

I'm impressed with the value you offer to agents. Solid strategies that help us win a listing and/or get an offer accepted. No one else really does that. They come around and expect us to throw them business and I'm not sure why, outside of the fact that they might be a friend. I will definitely use you in the future and hope the last experience was just a one-off.

Your enthusiasm is contagious! However you coach it though, commission is being paid to agent out of proceeds from the sale and someone has to pay it. It would be nice if this is a shared responsibility, but that thinking may take some time. You certainly make a concerted effort though to help Buyer's agent get his offer accepted. Your product is excellent!
